In my first two articles for Prophecy Investigators (100 Words of Prophecy & 222 Words of Blessing), I have showcased the marvelous numerical structure underlining Daniel 9 and the prophecy of 70 Sevens. As we’ve seen, this numerical structure was purposely built into the passage to ensure its compositional integrity and emphasize the redemptive theme of the chapter.

In this article, we’ll explore something fantastic about the Hebrew language and its use of the number 7 in the Bible. First, I’ll show you that the prophecy of 70 Sevens wasn’t given in a contextual vacuum. In fact, you’ll see how this prophecy is numerically, spiritually, and literally rooted in the Hebrew use of the number Seven. It all began with an Oath of Sevens.
